From mid-March to April 5, 2013 the Community came together, made thousands of clay tiles, which were then glazed, fired, glued, mortared, grouted, and artfully designed into a mosaic that now hangs on the outside of the Kirksville Arts Building. Legacy Mural Project Photo Blog
The volunteers then sealed the tiles and the ribbon was cut on Fri April 5, 2013. A job well done. If you view the “Real Time” Photo Blog, you will see the project start to finish.
